Many of these posts are were prepared as a compliment to an effort to provide low cost leadership training to men who think they can improve their leadership skills. This effort is called the Community Leadership Development Program (CLDP). Here we provide announcements about each training and, if the training is complete, a link to the video of the training. We also provide a syllabus showing the past and upcoming trainings.
Since completing this effort posts in this category have focused on times when I have learned something from my readings, and serve as a place for me to put other ideas besides those considered in other categories.
