CLDP Leading with Vulnerability Video

In March 2019 the Community Leadership Development Program had a monthly Zoom Call about how vulnerability is important for leaders. This session was based on the teachings of Brene Brown, particularly her book “Dare to Lead: Brave work. Tough conversations. Whole hearts“ (1) and included several video clips in which she talks about vulnerability, including her popular TED Talk (2). This video includes the reactions of several ManKind Project men who attended this Community Leadership Development Program Monthly Session in March 2019.
